I realize that the amount that you stated to Wayne was only $85, however since you have been very understanding and very prompt and always there when we needed you, we decided to make the payment for an additional $100 for your time and effort.

Back in the 1990s, I had a house built in Elvaton Acres on Oakwood Rd. I don't live there anymore, and rode by the other day to see the place. Seeing the place brought back many memories. Most of which reminded me of how much I was in over my head! Then, the memory of you popped in my mind. I remember all of the help you gave me with the site plan -- septic and drain fields. I remember on at least two occasions going over to your house (your wife was so nice). I know it's about 10 years later, but I want to thank you for the time you gave me. With a family of my own now, I appreciate how precious time is. The world is a better place with people like you who are willing to help others. I'll always remember your help because it's inspired me to help others. That's what life is about -- making a difference in people's lives. I hope this card brightens your day. I pray your business is prospering and your family is well.
